How do I make a booking at Active London Holiday Club?

To book your child in to our holiday club, please complete the booking form and return to the school. Alternatively, you can request a booking form by telephone or email for you to complete and return.

What are the payment options?

Payment can be made through Brunswick Park’s School Money online system if paying using childcare vouchers or directly to Active London’s account (details on request).

Can I get a sibling discount?

Yes, we give 10% off for second siblings.

What if I want to make changes to my booking?

We understand that plans and circumstances may change. Please notify us immediately of your changes and we will do our utmost best to be as flexible as possible. Late bookings are accepted however, due to staffing constraints, these may not always be accommodated.

How will my child be looked after?

Active London places the children’s welfare as absolutely paramount. On site risk assessments take place to ensure clubs operate in a safe environment. All staff are fully aware of our policies and procedures and further briefed on their daily responsibilities. Staff are also made aware of the children’s allergies or any medication they may need. There will always be a trained first aider on site.

Who will be looking after my child?

Active London staff are all current school employees – either at Brunswick Park, or elsewhere. The children at our camps are familiar with the staff and benefit a great deal from this, particularly as they settle for the first time. All our staff are fully DBS checked and are thoroughly trained and interviewed before commencing employment. We pride ourselves in being active and creative so we make sure our staff share this passion with us too.

What should my child bring?

Please provide your child with water in a bottle they can refill and a packed lunch and snacks for morning break and afternoon.

What should my child wear?

As there is a variety of activities going on, at our clubs, on a daily basis we do recommend your child wears something comfortable and easy to move in. As there will be the chance to participate in art work, we do suggest not to wear their best clothes. We do however do our very best to keep clothing protected with aprons.

What are the arrival and collection times?

A standard day at Active London’s Holiday Club is 9am-4pm. However, we do provide extra childcare from 8am-9am and 4pm-5.30pm at an extra cost of £5 per session for morning and £7 per session 4-5:30pm. Breakfast and snacks are provided in morning and late club.

Will my children be put in to groups?

At Active London we do not separate the children in to different groups by age. We found the children felt more relaxed not being taken away from their siblings and it gives more of a free environment.

What sort of activities will my child be participating in?

We have planned activities throughout the day from sports, team building, dance, art, baking and specialist/themed workshops throughout the week. Children will always have options, at camp, as we understand we are all different and some children are more in to some activities than others. We do always encourage children to participate in new activities.
