To book your child onto our after-school club, please click here to make a booking online. If you do not already have an account with us, you will need to register yourself and then add your child/ren to your profile. You will then be able to select book now, after-school clubs and book them onto the term!
Payment can be made when booking online. You will have the option to pay via childcare vouchers or card. If you are paying with childcare vouchers, please email over a confirmation of payment to admin@active-london.com.
Yes, we give 10% off for second siblings.
We understand that plans and circumstances may change. Please notify us immediately of your changes and we will do our utmost best to help. If making changes in advance, this can all be done on your online portal on our booking system. Please note we do not do single date cancellations for after-school club and will need to cancel the entire term. We do not do direct refunds and can only offer credit. Our 14-day cancellation period applies.
Active London places the children’s welfare as absolutely paramount. On site risk assessments take place to ensure clubs operate in a safe environment. All staff are fully aware of our policies and procedures and further briefed on their daily responsibilities. Staff are also made aware of the children’s allergies or any medication they may need. There will always be a trained first aider on site.
Active London staff all have previous experience working with children. They have an enhanced DBS check and are thoroughly trained and interviewed before commencing employment. We pride ourselves in being active and creative so we make sure our staff share this passion with us too.
Your child will be brought to us by their class teacher at the end of the school day. If your child is attending from a neighbouring school there will be a walking bus arrangement.
We provide a range of healthy, vegetarian, nutritional snacks. These will be Kosher for our Jewish schools.
All sports clubs finish at 4:30pm where your child can then be picked up. Our Multi-ACtivity After-School Care is until 5:30pm however, you are able to pick up anytime before.

Please bring a refillable bottle of water and a nut-free/sesame-free morning snack and packed lunch. If you have booked through our funded spaces, a hot meal will be provided. Please ensure your child comes to the club in clothing suitable for arts and crafts and outdoor sports. We do our best to protect clothing but it’s better to be safe than sorry! Depending on weather, please bring an appropriate jacket or lather up in suncream! You can pack a bottle of suncream with you to reapply throughout the day.
