We understand that plans and circumstances may change. Please notify us immediately of your changes and we will do our utmost best to help. If making changes in advance, this can all be done on your online portal on our booking system. Please note we do not do single date cancellations for after-school club and will need to cancel the entire term. Our 14-day cancellation period applies.
Active London places the children’s welfare as absolutely paramount. On site risk assessments take place to ensure clubs operate in a safe environment. All staff are fully aware of our policies and procedures and further briefed on their daily responsibilities. Staff are also made aware of the children’s allergies or any medication they may need. There will always be a trained first aider on site.
Active London staff all have previous experience working with children. The children at our camps are familiar with the staff and benefit a great deal from this, particularly as they settle for the first time. All our staff are fully DBS checked and are thoroughly trained and interviewed before commencing employment. We pride ourselves in being active and creative so we make sure our staff share this passion with us too.
Your child will be brought to us by their class teacher at the end of the school day.
We provide a range of Kosher snacks for your child including a range of fruit, crackers, yoghurt, raisins and popcorn.
Our after-school club runs from 3:30pm – 5:30pm. You can pick up your child up at any time with the latest pick-up being at 5:30pm.
